CREATOR CASHFLOW is a single Google Doc containing 5 content-creation methods, copy-paste scripts, and step-by-step guidance for turning content into income. You receive a link to view and make a copy of the document after purchase.

3. Acceptance of terms

By purchasing, downloading, viewing, or using the Product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Product.

4. Licence and restrictions

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Product for your personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, reverse-engineer, or otherwise commercialise the Product or its contents.

5. Intellectual property

All content, branding, scripts, and materials included in CREATOR CASHFLOW are owned by crelify and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

6. Misuse and prohibited conduct

You may not use the site or Product for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, spam, intellectual property infringement, security interference, malware distribution, or any activity that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

7. Payment and Merchant of Record

Payments are processed by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders and provides customer service, billing, tax, and refund handling. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

8. Service level

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Product for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, crelify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Product. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which crelify operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
